Big ideas, come in small packages! I first heard about Slide on Brackets from a friend via email and knew (if it really worked) it could be the perfect solution for renters who want to add quick style to their windows. To be perfectly honest, I am usually skeptical about "As Seen on TV" type products, but this one I had to try and found it was a hidden gem! 

How it Works:
Simply slide off a bracket that comes standard with all mini-blinds and slide in another bracket that allows you to hang one or two curtain rods directly from the blind assembly. No damage to walls!

The Test:
When I tried this product I was thrilled by how easy it was to simply replace the bracket and hang the rod. You can hang just a valance or valance with curtains, and the product claims to hold up to 10 lbs. worth of material. 

Pros: 
    - It fits standard size mini-blinds.
    - Can hold both a valance and curtains at the same time - double curtain rod
      capabilities.
    - Easy to install - Takes only seconds.

Cons:
    - Be sure that your blind assembly is installed securely to the wall. If you are
      planning to hang heavy fabric the brackets won't fail, but the mini blind
      system might!
