Rental Decorating Digest -  provides high targeted, fee-based advertising services and exposure opportunities for business and industries. Rental Decorating Digest's guaranteed and expedited services in selected advertising promotions as stated through the manually selected submission forms and payment options to be located at http://www.rentaldecorating.com/AdvertisingInfo.htm

Site Requirements

  1. Your site must contain sufficient pages of original recognizable, useful content (No made for Adsense sites).
  2. Your site advertising link must not mirror or redirect to another Web site or be directed with any affiliate tracking code.
  3. Your site link should direct to your home page or to a specific promotional page (one URL per ad campaign.)
  4. Your site must be up and running 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
  5. Your site must be quick to load.
  6. Your site should have original content (no pornographic, gambling or link farm sites).
  7. Your site should not be under construction, and all links must be working.
  8. If your site is selling products there must be adequate contact information for customers.
  9. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content and activities on your site are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Sites will be removed  or refunded if these requirements are not met.
  10. Sites are reviewed for content on a random basis and may be removed from our site for violations of the above agreed situations without refund including site being inactive. 
  
Rejection and Editing of Advertisements
 Rental Decorating Digest may, at its sole discretion, edit, classify, re-classify, reject or cancel at any time any advertising submitted by advertiser. New, non-qualifying sites will be refunded payments. Standing subscriptions that change content that do not meet with the above requirements will automatically be removed without refund.
  
Positioning of Keyword Text Advertisements
 Rental Decorating Digest will do its best to accommodate your requests, however we shall have full positioning authority on all advertisements except those with specified franchise or position guaranteed positions. Keyword linking restrictions may apply. To keep advertisements listed for optimum exposure, we reserve the right to re-categorize listings when directory pages grow to large. This will cause listings to become even better targeted to customers. You will be notified if your listing changes categories.

Due to the nature of our advertising options, we do not track click activity for ad campaigns. Tracking this information is the direct responsibility of the advertiser. We do not accept advertisement submissions from affiliates using third party affiliate links.

One URL text link per ad campaign. Additional links will need to be charged at the current pricing rate for the designated advertising option selected.
  
Liability For Errors
 Rental Decorating Digest makes no guarantees to you as to the level of reach, distribution, leads, revenues, traffic, or business to be derived from the placements of ad(s). Rental Decorating Digest is not liable fore any delayed delivery or non-delivery due to "Acts of God", network difficulty, action by any governmental or quasi-governmental agency, other force majeure, or other acts beyond the control of Rental Decorating Digest. ANY LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CONTRACT INCLUDING RESULTING FROM A PUBLICATION ERROR SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF THE FEE PAID BY YOU HEREUNDER. IN NO EVENT WILL RENTAL DECORATING DIGEST BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DAMAGE TO REVENUES, PROFITS, OTHER ECONOMIC LOSS OR GOODWILL OR OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.
  
Renewing a Campaign
 Payment is due prior to publishing to our servers and need to be made before midnight of the expiration date. In the event that the Advertiser fails to renew an advertising campaign, or funds are not available for subscription debit, all links, text and graphics will be removed from our servers.  The Advertiser will need to resubmit their campaign at the current online advertising rates to be reinstated. No exceptions. Lapsed campaigns may cause advertisers to lose all rights to keywords/phrase linking if a waiting list of other advertisers requesting the same term exists.

Payments: Payment is due prior to new campaigns being added to our servers or renewing campaigns continuing past expiration date.

Renewal Notifications: You will be notified 5-10 days prior to your advertising campaign expiration date to avoid interruption your campaign. Renewal payments are made at the current online advertising rate. Payment must be received before midnight on the expiration date to continue the current advertising campaign.

Subscription Payments: Funds must available at least 48 hours prior to the next cycle billing date. Payments that do not clear on billing date will be temporarily removed from our servers. The day of the month that your subscription begins will renew on the same day for future debits. We do not send notification prior to an auto deduct payments.

  
Taxes On Advertising
 In the event that any international, federal, state or local taxes are imposed on the printing of advertising materials or on the sale of advertising space, such taxes shall be assumed and paid by the advertiser. We do not collect tax for advertising services.
  
Subscription Based Advertising

Subscription advertising is automatically debited on the date the subscription begins and will continue to be auto debited monthly or yearly, depending on the selected advertising option.  Your advertising campaign will continue to be optimized as we regularly upgrade our site and make necessary changes for this purpose. This may be done by relocating links, text, or graphics without prior notice or authorization, but will hold to originally agreed content advertising exposure. Link text will not be changed without advertisers authorization. If you have changes you would like to make to a subscription listing, you may contact our advertising department to upgrade as needed.  3 maximum text changes per month. Subscription rates WILL NOT increase when campaigns remain un-interrupted, by cancellation.

 

Canceling Advertising Promotions or Options
Rental Decorating Digest reserves the right to discontinue offered advertising promotions or options.  In the event an option is discontinued we will no longer accept new campaign submissions and current advertisers will be reimbursed their prepaid funds on the unused portion of their campaign duration.
 
Subscription Cancellations
 If you wish to cancel a subscription this may be done by logging into your  Pay Pal account and manually canceling through the control panel. If you have any questions please contact us at: info@rentaldecorating.com

Please be advised that cancellations will apply to the next months/yearly billing cycle. Refunds will not be given for partial month advertising. If your subscription is interrupted by either cancellation or lack of available funds and has been removed from our servers, you will be required to re-subscribe at the current online rate.

By completing the registration form and clicking the next button, you represent and warrant: That you are 18 years-of-age or older; that you have and agree to provide true, complete, current and accurate information as prompted by the registration form; and that you agree to be legally bound by this contract agreement.
 

 

Notices. Any notice required or permitted under the terms of this Agreement or required by law shall be by electronic mail or in writing, and shall be deemed delivered upon receipt to the party to whom such communication is directed, at the addresses specified below. If to Rental Decorating Digest, the email notice shall be addressed to info@rentaldecorating.com  

Governing Law. THIS AGREEMENT AND THE PARTIES' RELATIONSHIP WILL BE INTERPRETED AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICT OF LAW PRINCIPLES, APPLICABLE TO CONTRACTS ENTERED INTO AND PERFORMED ENTIRELY WITHIN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA (WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CONFLICT OF LAW PRINCIPLES UNDER CALIFORNIA LAW). THE VENUE FOR ANY ACTION, SUIT OR PROCEEDING ARISING FROM OR BASED UPON THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY ASPECT OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, APPLICANT'S USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR ACCEPTANCE, REJECTION OR REMOVAL OF APPLICANT'S SUGGESTED SITE, SHALL BE THE COUNTY OF STANISLAUS SUPERIOR COURT, LOCATED IN THE COUNTY OF STANISLAUS, STATE OF CALIFORNIA. APPLICANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY CASE FROM STANISLAUS COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT TO A FEDERAL COURT. APPLICANT HEREBY SUBMITS ITSELF TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF CALIFORNIA, IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF STANISLAUS. This agreement may change at anytime without notice.

Severability. If any term, condition or provision in this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such invalid term, condition or provision will be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. Applicant agrees that no action related to this Agreement or the Service or Applicant's listing in the directory may be brought more than one year after delivery of the Service giving rise to such cause of action.

Section Titles The section titles in the Agreement are for convenience only, and shall have no effect on the interpretation of any part or provision, regardless of the title heading under which the part or provision is allocated.

Entire Agreement This agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties hereto. Nor oral or verbal statement or promises shall have any effect contrary to or in addition to what is contained herein.

Legal Fees and Costs In any action at law or in equity is necessary to enforce or interpret the terms of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be awarded reasonable attorney's fees and costs, to be determined by the Court.

Successors and Assigns This agreement shall be binding upon, and shall inure to the benefit of, the parties hereto and their respective, successors and assigns.
