Bring a Taste of Luxury Into Your Temporary Living Space - Indoor Fountains

Traditionally, incorporating flowing water indoors has been reserved for luxury hotels, spas and big businesses, but in recent years this option has been available for the general public.
Indoor fountains are not only more available, but there are so many styles that they can fit into a decorating concept. Indoor fountains can incorporate, but are not limited to, materials such as, slate, river stone, glass, copper, bamboo, aquatic plants, stainless steel and resin.
Essentially there are 3 main styles that one can choose from when it comes to an indoor fountain.
Table Top Fountains are exactly that, a small fountain that can rest on a table, desk, counter, coffee or end table. Just because these units are small in size does not mean they have a small impact on a room. Just as any décor accessory, if placed in the right spot, a table top fountain can become a vital piece to the overall feel of any room. Despite their size they can still provide the gentle background sounds of gurgling water.
Floor Standing Fountains are typically larger then the table top units, and due to their size they can be used to bring some dimension to your floor space. These units are usually larger vertically than horizontally and add the dimension of height.
Wall mounted fountains are mounted on the and can easily become a focal point to a room and really create a bold statement within your décor. These are definitely the more involved fountains to install because they do require some mounting brackets. For aesthetic reasons, ideally these features should be mounted covering a wall electrical plug. This conceals the power cord for the fountain and is less distracting, but not necessary. You will need to review your rental agreement with your landlord in order to determine if you are permitted to mount a wall fountain within your living space.
Make no mistake about it, you can transform your rental living space with limited expense by using your imagination and the soothing audio and visual power of trickling water.
